We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@888hairco.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly review the situation and work to make it right.
