Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

We currently offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Most orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipment.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. 888 Hair Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, 888 Hair Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) at hello@888hairco.com.
